  66.  3. Installing from diskettes
  67. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  68.    1. In Windows, select File (in Windows 95 select Start) and
  69.       then Run
  70.    2. Put Phone Book Maker diskette No. 1 in the floppy drive
  71.       A: (or B:)
  72.    3. Type A:Setup (or B:Setup) and press ENTER

  74.  4. Installing from hard drive
  75. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  76.    If you downloaded Phone Book Maker from a BBS or received it
  77.    in the form of archive files from some other source, perform
  78.    the following steps:
  79.  
  80.    1. Make two directories named Disk1 and Disk2, copy the
  81.       PhMkr17A.xxx to directory Disk1 and PhMkr17B.xxx to
  82.       directory Disk2
  83.  
  84.    2. Extract each archieve file in its own directory
  85.  
  86.    3. Delete the archieve files. Now you can copy the contents of
  87.       Disk1 and Disk2 directories to two diskettes for
  88.       installation from diskettes or giving them to your friends.

  90.    4. In Windows select File (in Windows 95 select Start) then Run

  106.    Phone Book Maker is a professional mailing list manager
  107.    written on Microsoft FoxPro for Windows.  It provides quick
  108.    and efficient access to data while remaining user friendly.

  112.    1. Powerful record filtering:
  113.       Using Filter and Tag utilities, you can easily select your
  114.       desired records by choosing any number of criteria. Each
  115.       record can be assigned to 3 groups.
  116.  
  117.    2. Quick record indexing:
  118.       The records can be indexed by Last Name, First Name or
  119.       Company in a second.
  120.  
  121.    3. List Printing:
  122.       The records are printed according to the index, the filter
  123.       and the field order you choose. Fields and their order can
  124.       be selected individually.

  126.    4. Phone book printing:
  127.       Letter Size          8.5" x 11"
  128.       Half-A-Letter Size   5.5" x 8.5"

  131.       Phone books are printed on both sides of the paper, with
  132.       automatic alphabetical indexing.  They can be indexed on
  133.       Last Name, First Name or Company Name.
